Hey there! I'm your average guy who, just a few years ago, stumbled into the captivating world of bourbon. My palate leans towards sweet and fruity bourbons with pronounced flavors of caramel, vanilla, and butterscotch. I have a preference for high-proof bourbons, usually those over 115 proof.

While straight bourbons are my go-to, I do enjoy a good rye now and then. However, wheated whiskies never really wow me. From my point of view, it's all about value - I believe in the worth of a bourbon, and judge that heavily against its price tag.
